Dare to challenge me today.
While your intention is to bring me down.
I will rise before your race and face.
In the past i’ve spent too much time hiding
Not physically, but internally.
Preventing and stopping myself from being who I am,
Who I wanted to be
and did not explore all that interested me.
Today, I have the opportunity to not be stagnant
to roam free, fly free, try new things, meet new people,
Meet new guys and let meself loose free.
It was a amazing sensation dancing with the hot stranger last week.
Never had danced so passionately and don’t regret it.
It signifies my new craving.
Me changing and taking risks.
Not caring about what others think
And most importantly enjoying every second for what it is <3
Today, I tried new things, smashed my finger between the door frame
& my jean’s zipper broke during lunch
However, I had tons of fun in between
Best part was the last session at work
Where my eyes met with him,
Where I stood by his side
Where he help my arm,
When he picked me up and his skin caressed mine with only a layer of close seperating us.
Breathtaking as it was;
I am sure avoiding his charm
from penetrating my heart, though it’s irresistable to my soul.
I had so much fun today I can only look forward to tomorrow <3
Something told me …. I would rather go blind, than to see you walk away from me now
Did I grow to close?
Did I fall for your charm?
Was it your eyes?
Your lips?
Or maybe your thoughts?
I’ll miss the many nights we spent together, the talks we had, your smile and the many times you made me smile. My only resort, looking ahead shall be to look at you with different eyes.
Came to college aspiring a new beginning
Determined not to care about guys
Not to change for them
And not hoping to impress anyone other than my self
But turns out
Maybe
It wouldn’t be a bad idea
To wow, one or two
And maybe even you too.
If I still have that charm in me,
To grab their attention even when I didn’t intend to
Than now that I want, crave and desire
To show who I am
To break free
To reach out and grab precisely what I want
Let’s see how static my life can become ;)
Time to unleash the bull and warrior in me
After all,
Life is not about limits
But maximizing the most joyful and memorable moments if your life <3
Can’t wait for summer or Junior year of college
